Defect & Wrong Order
If you receive a defect / wrong product sent by mistake, please contact us within 7 days after the package is received. Do not wash or use the product, and make sure the product is new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in a complete condition (do not remove hang tags, labels, etc).
Atractiv Label will bear the delivery costs for faulty items/wrong items sent by mistake. If your product is out of stock, we will refund your purchases in full. Refunds will be processed maximum in 7 x 24 hours.
